Hodges & Irvine Return Policy

We work very hard to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products. If, however, you have purchased a product and are unsatisfied we will kindly reimburse you for returned items.

To return a product purchased on our website please follow these directions:

1. Ensure that you are are eligible for a return. Eligible products must meet the following criteria:
   
   • The product must not be written on.
   • The product must have been purchased in the last 30 days.
   • The product is undamaged
2. Contact us by phone or email to notify us of the return and the reason for the return. Also, please let us know if you have any questions.
3. Return the product along with your name, address, and phone number to the following address. Please note that you will need to pay for return shipping.

4. We will process returns within two to three business days. You will be refunded the full value of the item(s) purchased with the same service you used to pay for your original order. You will not be refunded for original shipping costs.
