It’s not uncommon to land a new customer this close to the end the end of the year, but it’s worth mentioning when the new client is a world class resort. Recently, a four-star franchise called our sales team with a request for fifteen management books to be sent to one of their largest resorts.


Rather than using our pre-designed Management book forms, they chose to customize each of the fifteen according to the specifics of each department. All feature spaces for notes on the weather and scheduled events, while some focus on the operations of the front of the house and some on the back of the house. Each of the fifteen will be further customized with location specific room names and numbers.
