At Hodges & Irvine, we pride ourselves on a process for returning customers to re-order their reservation books with nothing more than referencing a re-order number and mailing a check. We keep detailed billing and shipping information on file that helps get books on their way with minimal bother and paperwork.

Unfortunately, sometimes books don’t make it to where they need to be. In some cases, the shipping addresses have changed. In others, the shipping address has been eliminated altogether. Recently, due to an oversight, a faulty shipping address was confirmed by a customer, and a reservation book was missing in the shipping process for several weeks.
