For instance, this blog entry is the first following Labor Day, and will be uploaded on Friday. For the education community, this is the begining of the new year. For the food service industry, today is the true beginning of the work week.
The timing of this entry is especially poignant for both those reasons. With the school year beginning, you can expect the calendar year to hit its stride within a few weeks. Sooner than later, we’ll be in the run-up to the holidays and many of our clients in the hospitality business won’t find time to take a breath until mid-January.
