Many of our customers call Hodges & Irvine’s sales representatives with a particular layout in mind. They don’t necessarily need much customization, but rather a form that suits their basic needs. The common scenario is that for years they have been using a book given to them, and now that gift isn’t available.

To fulfill this request, Hodges & Irvine has developed a pre-designed form that replicates the book they’ve always had —and still need.

The Express Pre-Designed Form can be made in one column per day or two columns per day in either Erie coil binding or Huron spiral binding. The form has over 40 lines per day, allowing records for numerous reservations. As with all Hodges & Irvine books, each page is dated and contains legal and traditional holidays. 




The Express form has header columns assigned to reservation time, number of guests, table number, the name of the reserved party, a contact number, and any notes that may be necessary for the evening. An Express form is unique for having space alotted for “Table Number”. Often, restaurants will assign reservations to specific tables to simplify the Host’s duties and inform the intended server. If your Table Reservation Book is running low on available sheets, give a call to a sales representative at Hodges & Irvine, and see if a book using the Express form will work for you.

Hodges & Irvine will be on television this fall. No, we won’t be featured on Entertainment Tonight, interviewed by Barbara Walters, or dance with any stars. We will, however, have one of our spiral bound table reservation books being used in a hit network television show as a prop.
