News > Summer in the City, Part 2This Sunday, the St. Clair boardwalk ends with a bang. Like every year, the city of St. Clair puts on a fireworks spectacular for the residents, as well as the residents of neighboring cities. The show begins at dusk which, according to weather.com, will be at 9:12 PM.
I would advise getting to town early and getting a decent parking spot. The best spots are often taken though, so wear decent walking shoes and be prepared to walk a few blocks from the waterfront. The weather is also anticipated to be an average of 61° F, so dress appropriately. Also, seating is not provided, so if you’d like to bring a picnic blanket or lawn chairs, do so. In these challenging economic times, it’s great that St. Clair has traditions they can still afford and provide. If you live in the St. Clair county area, please come down and celebrate Independence Day with us. |
